Trade Name Notice
For branding, communication, and general presentation purposes on this website and in related materials, the terms "Roldfire", "Roldfire Capital", and "Roldfire Capital SPC" are used as trade names. The legal entity operating the Roldfire Private Investment Club Segregated Portfolio (Roldfire PIC SP) is a Cayman Islands registered Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC), formally registered under the name HWI SPC (shortened name). The use of trade names does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any agreements, services, or rights provided through this platform.
Qualified Investor Confirmation

Separate Strategies and Token Representation
Roldfire PIC operates a multi-strategy model. Each investment strategy managed by Roldfire PIC may have one or more tokens associated with it. These tokens — including but not limited to $ROLPIC1, $ROLPICDOM, and $ROLPIC — are each exclusively tied to the specific NAV and performance of the respective strategy they represent.
No token issued by Roldfire PIC grants ownership or rights over the entire portfolio, NAV, or structure of Roldfire PIC, unless explicitly stated. Holders of any token are advised to carefully review the associated documentation and strategy page corresponding to that specific token.
Please note that $ROLPIC (it is different than the $ROLPIC1 token) is not NAV-based or NAV-backed. It serves as the native and utility token of the broader Roldfire PIC ecosystem, providing certain benefits and access privileges to its holders, which are detailed on the official $ROLPIC documentation and page. $ROLPIC is freely tradable on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and maintains its own liquidity pool (LP).

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
