$ROLPICDOM represents a tokenized, redeemable share in the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the specific investment strategy associated with the $ROLPICDOM token. The NAV is maintained independently for $ROLPICDOM and is not aggregated or influenced by any other tokens or strategies within the Roldfire PIC structure.
The value of each token is directly linked to the real-time NAV of the associated investment strategy, calculated in USDC and updated periodically.
Key Features of $ROLPICDOM
NAV-Linked Value:
Token value is calculated by dividing the total NAV of the associated investment strategy (in USDC) by the total number of $ROLPICDOM tokens in circulation.
Each $ROLPICDOM token is redeemable at its respective NAV, as determined by the underlying strategy, at any time after September 15, 2025, subject to the applicable notice period.
No Public Market:
$ROLPICDOM is not officially listed on centralized or decentralized exchanges and is only available through direct issuance or private transfer.
Transferability:
Tokens may be freely transferred, gifted, or sold. All economic rights automatically transfer with token ownership.
Token Rights Activation:
Token-based rights (NAV participation, redemption, and profit sharing) become effective only upon receipt of the full investment amount.
Duration of Token Rights:
All rights associated with the $ROLPICDOM token remain valid until May 31, 2026, or until the expiry of the investor’s individual agreement with Roldfire PIC, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Unless an extension or renewal is explicitly arranged, the token holder will be automatically redeemed based on the final NAV as of May 31, 2026, and all associated rights will be considered fulfilled upon settlement.
Investor Terms – First Cycle
This first token issuance cycle offers preferential terms for early investors:

These terms apply to all $ROLPICDOM holders until 31 May 2026 (unless otherwise mutually agreed).
Future token cycles (e.g., $ROLPICDOM2) may be issued with different terms.
Profit Distribution
Beginning September 01, 2025, profit generated from the $ROLPICDOM strategy may be distributed monthly to $ROLPICDOM token holders, based on performance and subject to availability of distributable surplus.
Distribution Method: USDC, to the wallet address currently holding the $ROLPIC1 tokens
Optional: Investors may request alternative payout methods (e.g., fiat or other crypto) via email confirmation
Note: If tokens are transferred, future payouts are directed to the wallet currently holding them
Lock-Up and Redemption

Redemption is calculated using the current NAV per token at the time of request. Redemptions are fulfilled by Roldfire PIC's treasury, with support from Roldfire Capital where needed.
This NAV is determined solely based on the performance and value of the assets allocated to the $ROLPICDOM strategy and does not reflect the value of other strategies or the broader PIC ecosystem.
Please note: While tokens are subject to a redemption lock-up until September 15, 2025, they remain fully transferable from the moment of issuance. This means investors are free to transfer $ROLPICDOM tokens to other wallets or sell them to third parties at any time — with all token rights and redemption eligibility following the token to its new holder.
Investment Strategy ($ROLPICDOM)
The investment strategy associated with the $ROLPICDOM token is a targeted, dual-track model focused on capital-efficient day trading and domain acquisition (domaining). This strategy may include, but is not limited to, exposure to the following:
Day trading using externally funded accounts provided by the Manager
Domain investing (traditional Web2 and blockchain-native Web3 domains)
Domain flipping (short-term resale and long-term holds)
Trading activities within this strategy are executed exclusively through the use of externally funded trading accounts provided by the Manager. This structure allows the PIC to access substantial trading leverage without exposing investor capital to any trading risk. Profits generated through these accounts are proportionally attributed to $ROLPICDOM token holders and reflected in the strategy’s NAV.
Alongside the trading component, capital is also allocated to high-potential domain assets and domain-related strategies, including both acquisition and resale of premium digital domains across Web2 (.com, .net, .ai) and Web3 (.eth, .sol, etc.) ecosystems.
During the initial phase, prior to the full deployment of domain capital, funds will temporarily be allocated to a tokenized Web3 project offering structured capital protection through put options. While such options remain available, early investors benefit from full principal protection via put options with a strike price equal to 100% of the invested amount. Once those are fully subscribed, subsequent allocations may still benefit from partial capital protection via secondary-tier put options, which carry a strike price equal to 80% of the token purchase value — effectively protecting 80% of the invested capital.
This hybrid approach allows $ROLPICDOM to offer a combination of short-term trading returns, strategic exposure to valuable digital assets, and robust capital protection for early participants — all while maintaining full segregation from other PIC strategies.

Participation in Roldfire PIC involves financial risk. Investors may experience loss of capital. All investments are exposed to:
Market risk.
Liquidity risk.
Operational and execution risk.
Regulatory and legal changes.
Counterparty and custodial risk.
Subject to the following exception, within the $ROLPICDOM strategy, initial capital allocated by early investors — specifically those participating while capital protection in the form of structured put options remains available — is fully secured. These put options provide enforceable downside protection equal to 100% of the original investment, effectively eliminating principal loss risk for qualifying allocations made during the protected period.
$ROLPICDOM is a private, non-publicly traded token and does not represent a regulated security. Participation is limited to qualified investors only.
