The value of each token is directly linked to the real-time NAV of the associated investment strategy, calculated in USDC and updated periodically.
Key Features of $ROLPIC1
NAV-Linked Value:
Token value is calculated by dividing the total NAV of the associated investment strategy (in USDC) by the total number of $ROLPIC1 tokens in circulation.
Each $ROLPIC1 token is redeemable at its respective NAV, as determined by the underlying strategy, at any time after September 15, 2025, subject to the applicable notice period.
No Public Market:
$ROLPIC1 is not officially listed on centralized or decentralized exchanges and is only available through direct issuance or private transfer.
Transferability:
Tokens may be freely transferred, gifted, or sold. All economic rights automatically transfer with token ownership.
Token Rights Activation:
Token-based rights (NAV participation, redemption, and profit sharing) become effective only upon receipt of the full investment amount.
Duration of Token Rights:
All rights associated with the $ROLPIC1 token remain valid until May 31, 2026, or until the expiry of the investor’s individual agreement with Roldfire PIC, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Unless an extension or renewal is explicitly arranged, the token holder will be automatically redeemed based on the final NAV as of May 31, 2026, and all associated rights will be considered fulfilled upon settlement.
Investor Terms – First Cycle
This first token issuance cycle offers preferential terms for early investors:

Performance Fee: 10% (on net profit)
These terms apply to all $ROLPIC1 holders until May 31, 2026 (unless otherwise mutually agreed).
Future token cycles (e.g., $ROLPIC2) may be issued with different terms.
Profit Distribution
Beginning September 01, 2025, profit generated from the $ROLPIC1 strategy may be distributed monthly to $ROLPIC1 token holders, based on performance and subject to availability of distributable surplus.
Distribution Method: USDC, to the wallet address currently holding the $ROLPIC1 tokens
Optional: Investors may request alternative payout methods (e.g., fiat or other crypto) via email confirmation
Note: If tokens are transferred, future payouts are directed to the wallet currently holding them
Lock-Up and Redemption

Redemption is calculated using the current NAV per token at the time of request. Redemptions are fulfilled by Roldfire PIC's treasury, with support from Roldfire Capital where needed.
This NAV is determined solely based on the performance and value of the assets allocated to the $ROLPIC1 strategy and does not reflect the value of other strategies or the broader PIC ecosystem.
Please note: While tokens are subject to a redemption lock-up until 15 September 2025, they remain fully transferable from the moment of issuance. This means investors are free to transfer $ROLPIC1 tokens to other wallets or sell them to third parties at any time — with all token rights and redemption eligibility following the token to its new holder.
Investment Strategy ($ROLPIC1)
The investment strategy associated with the $ROLPIC1 token is a dynamic, multi-asset model, which may include, but is not limited to, exposure to the following:

Forex and derivatives trading

Trading activities within this strategy may be executed through a combination of capital-efficient methods, including the use of external capital provided by the Manager as well as, where appropriate, internally allocated capital.
During the initial stage, all day trading activity will be conducted exclusively using external capital provided by the Manager, allowing the PIC to access significant trading capital while keeping investor capital fully shielded from trading risk. Profits generated through these external funding are proportionally attributed to token holders and reflected in the strategy's NAV.
Importantly, all capital allocated to this strategy during the initial issuance window is protected by structured put options, ensuring that investor principal remains fully secured throughout the investment cycle. As such, this specific strategy presents no risk of capital loss from either investment or trading activity, provided that the allocation is made while the capital protection structure remains in effect.

Counterparty and custodial risk.
Subject to the following exception, within the $ROLPIC1 strategy, initial capital allocated by early investors — specifically those participating while capital protection in the form of structured put options remains available — is fully secured. These put options provide enforceable downside protection equal to 100% of the original investment, effectively eliminating principal loss risk for qualifying allocations made during the protected period.
$ROLPIC1 is a private, non-publicly traded token and does not represent a regulated security. Participation is limited to qualified investors only.
