The primary strategy of Roldfire PIC currently involves active day trading of external capital provided by the Manager and investing in a tokenized project, where early participants receive on-chain put options that guarantee a full return of capital (100%) if exercised under defined conditions.
*Edit on June 23,2025: All put options that secured 100% of the investment are now fully allocated. From this point forward, 80% of each investor’s capital is protected by active put options, ensuring the investment cannot drop below 80% of the original amount.
This structure offers exceptional downside protection while maintaining full upside exposure — effectively allowing early investors to participate in profit generation without risking their principal/capital.
This protection applies exclusively to early investors in the first capital cycle.
Any future structural changes will be transparently published, but early investors will retain the original terms and protections valid at the time of their investment.

Roldfire PIC uses external trading capital provided by the Manager, which allows us to trade at scale without risking investor capital.
This capital-efficient structure is a core strategic advantage and contributes to more stable and secure returns for our members.
This applies exclusively to early investors. Any future changes to this structure will be published transparently, but early investors will retain the original terms and protections that were in place at the time of their investment.
Profit distributions begin September 1, 2025, and are made monthly, between the 1st and 10th of each month.
Payouts are made in USDC to the wallet holding the $ROLPIC1 or $ROLPICDOM tokens (or some other token series), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A 20% performance fee (or less if agreed that way with early investors) is applied only to realized profits, in accordance with the Subscription Agreement.
At the discretion of Roldfire PIC, a portion of the monthly profit may be reinvested into new opportunities with the goal of enhancing overall fund performance. Roldfire PIC is a tokenized Private Investment Club, and membership is represented by ownership of $ROLPIC1 and $ROLPICDOM tokens, which reflect your proportional stake in the associated strategy’s Net Asset Value (NAV).

Read the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Investment Management Agreement (IMA), and the general version of the Subscription Agreement (SA) — all available on our website HERE.
2. Request a Personalized Agreement
Contact us to receive your personalized SA, pre-filled with your details and investment terms.
3. Activate Your Agreement
Reply via email with the completed SA attached, and include a confirmation statement that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms. This written email response serves as your binding consent.
4. Transfer Your Investment
Send the investment amount to the wallet or bank account provided during our secure communication.
5. Receive Your Tokens
Once funds are received, you will be issued $ROLPIC1/$ROLPICDOM tokens directly to your Solana wallet (ask if you need any help). These tokens grant you access to monthly profit distributions and future redemption based on NAV (Net Asset Value).
